We hold it important to blend highly professional service with a laid back attitude. We are people, hosting hungry people, and too much formality can just get in the way. Our Chef de Cuisine, Stefán Viðarsson, is an inventive leader, who is only happy when fresh ingredients have been transformed into impeccably arranged gourmet dishes.

Our Restaurant Manager, Páll Hjálmarsson, is the one with the loose latch on his professional collegues, he coordinates the service with your comfort and satisfaction as chief target.

Four time winner Sommelier of the Year in Iceland, our very own Alba E.H. Hough, leads our wine consultants armed with one of the city’s most ambitious wine list.
